Open Question: I need to go to court for drinking in a car, i was not driving what would the judge tell me(CA)?

i live in bay area near hayward. i went out with three other friends we were drinking and we got pulled over. i know my friend got a dui and more severe consequences but what about me? i think i will pay a fined but how much? or is there come consequences. oh by the way we were on the road and drinking at the same time. oh by the way what about one of my friends he is not legally here what would happen to him?. and for all of us is a first time offense... read more
